Cannot connect - Unable to get user information

I have updated RDM to latest version (2024.2.13.0) and now I am completely unable to connect.

The online authentication to the cloud profile is OK, but the app keeps saying "Unable to get user information" in a popup and then another popup appears with 403 errors.

How can I fix this?

UPDATE: fixed using the "manual migration" guide as explained here: https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/42349/unable-to-get-user-information-error-at-login
