Unable to get user information error at login

Unable to get user information error at login

I'm able to log into the portal and Hub Personal but when when the Remote Desktop manager launches it says "Unable to get user information" and none of my hub information load. I've uninstalled and deleted the directories in Program Files. I've also seen a 403 error in the desktop client when starting the application and logging in. What should I do next to correct?

Hello,

I suspect that you are on our old platform of HUB Personal. Could you follow the steps in this article to be sure that you are migrated properly
