It is rolled out on a group with the SSCM, on one computer it occurs again and again that the RDM is no longer installed.
The only thing we could find in the event log was that MS Teams wrote that "RDM is suspended"
The installation is the same for all of them, including the location: C:\Program Files\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager
What could be the cause?

Hello
I'm sorry to hear that this isn't working right for one of your systems. It's a strange error - I haven't encountered that before - and we don't have a broad familiarity of SCCM on our side.
On the affected machine, can you check for the presence of the registry key `HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\InProgress`?
If the key exists, you might try deleting it - but I strongly recommend a registry backup first - and then rerunning the installation via SCCM.
Please let me know if something isn't clear or you have further questions
Kind regards,
Richard Markievicz
Hello, thanks for the feedback. I will test this. The key is not currently there.
Hello
Another thing you can try is to run the .msi interactively on the problem machine. It may prompt you to undo the pending installation.
I believe this situation can occur if an unexpected condition happens during installation, for example a power failure, unexpected reboot or crash inside msiexec.
Please let me know if something isn't clear or you have further questions
Kind regards,
Richard Markievicz
