Hi,

I have set up a jump session, jump host is running 2023.3.39 agent is setup and there is no data source configured.
On my work station I have 2023.3.39 I have configure a session in my personal vault as a jump server and its has the option enabled to be a jump host.

The issue I am having is when using a session entry that is a host type with templates configured.
Here is the view I get when I luanch the session without using the jump host:



However, when I run the session on via my jump host I get:



I am guessing this is because its looking for the templates on the jump data source rather than the client side?

Hi,

Correct, we should/most resolve the template on the client prior to doing the jump. I've logged the issue.

We've fixed the issue internally and will be available starting from the version 2024.1.29.0 of RDM.

Hi running version 2025.1.29.0
Appears launching a session with template group does not load the templates:

When opened via a Jump with latest version also installed I now get

For others that may encounter this problem, Iain mentioned in a case that updating to 2025.1.30.0 resolved the issues,
