The following scenario:
An RDM user is in Vault A and establishes a VPN connection. This blocks the connection to the RDM DB server, which is why RDM is also set to automatically switch to offline mode.
The RDM user would now need an entry from vault B, but changes the vault and receives the message "The sected vault is not available offline or has expired".
Do you have any recommendations on how best to deal with this situation?

Currently, you have a few options.
Administrator > System Settings > Cache/Offline > check Prompt refresh all vaults on startup
Also, we have on our roadmap, a feature to background refresh/load of all vaults (automatically). It's been in the works for a while and is slated for release in the v2024.2 release cycle.
