Password Generator GUI bugs

Hi! Here's some things we noticed in the password generator:

1. When long passwords are generated, the text is sometimes cut off and it just shows an ellipsis (…), the first entry sometimes doesn't render text correctly at all. I think the table should always adjust to the size of the text, no matter how long the password is. See the screenshot below.
2. I can't reproduce this right now, but this happed many times before: You open the password generator from the edit entry dialog, scroll right in the password list, select a password there, then click the Select button to put that password into the entry's password field. Sometimes, it will put the first entry of the list into the field, and not the one you have selected. If you copied the password from the generator to change it on the account, and then a different password gets saved in the entry, you have sucessfully locked yourself out.
3. Just a suggestion: can you change the password generator icon to a die, as in throwing dice? I think it represents the feature better, which is generating random passwords. The current icon looks very similar to the "password history" icon right next to it, and I often confuse the two.
