Keyboard Problem

Hi,
I have problem with keyboard on android client. Keyboard not working at all. Keys are not passed to remote desktop session.

What kind of session are you using, RDP?

Are you using an external keyboard?

RDP. No, I'm using Swiftkey on Samsung Galaxy S10 - Android 12.

On our side, we do not have the issue with the Swiftkey and RDP.

Has the session worked in previous version of the application?

I changed my keyboard from Microsoft SwiftKey to standard Samsung keyboard and there is no problem with that.
I don't have this problem with older versions but I don't know its older version of SwiftKey or RDM?!.
When I using SwiftKey, sometimes all typed characters getting passed to RDP session after minimizing the keyboard!
Seems there is some compatibility issue between SwiftKey and RDM on android in some circumstances.

Yes, I've test it now. "Microsoft Remote Desktop" android app version 10.0.14.1182 working without any problem with SwiftKey 8.10.22.4.
Please check it yourself.

Sorry for the delay.
I just did a test with Swiftkey 8.10.23.3 and everything seems OK.
Maybe the new version has a fix for this problem.

Hi,
I realized this is not RDM problem and it depends on SwiftKey. Sometimes it works but sometimes not working at all.
I'm changing my keyboard for using RDM and there is no problem with Samsung Keyboard.
