I have followed the forums I can find on connecting RDM to bomgar, however I am still having an issue. I copied over the rep file, and it now allows me to select the site in settings, however when I try to launch the connection it fails at that point giving me a bomgar jump screen not showing the device, however I can search for and locate the device in my jump hosts. Not sure what I am doing wrong here. Anyone have any additional suggestions? Anyone been able to get this to work?

Would it be possible for you to provide us with screenshots of the configuration of your entry? Also, which version of RDM and what type of Data Source you are currently using?

RDM version is 2021.2.26.0 free version.
What ever datasource it is using when I installed the application.
I am not getting an error message now. I had to copy the bomgar-rep.exe file to the parent folder following one of the other forum topics. When I click on a server this window:
However if I look at my list of jump clients, I see this:
and I can connect to it thru bomgar.

Does the same issue occur if you enter your credentials in your "Bomgar Representaitve Console" directly?

If I open the Bomgar Rep console, I have no issue accessing any of my jump clients, or jumping to a PC that does not have the jump client on them. I am more then willing to allow someone to connect to my screen to see what steps I perform and figure out where I am going wrong.

Perfect! In that case, could you please go under Help -> Submit a support ticket in RDM and make sure that both of the options in this window are checked? Doing so will open a case with us and provide us with more details about the configuration of your data source and you're version of RDM.
