Hi,
I just tried to register RDM with the incorrect email address, which redirected me to the account creation page for the wrong address.
Now whatever I try RDM keeps trying to use that email address and I can see no way to switch it to using the correct email address.
I tried un/reinstalling to no avail.
Please help.

Could you go in File - Devolutions Account and clear this field:
If you are unable to try to register with the serial instead, I assume you are on the Free version. You can locate the free serial in your Devolutions account here: Free RDM serial

I am facing this same problem, but in my case the main window is locked waiting for my registry, and the option "Register later" is not available. How can I go to the main window to change this setting if my only options available are either register with wring email or close the application?

Could you please first update RDM to the latest version. No registration of the free version is required using the latest release available here
