I did not find anyway to interate my CTI with RDM contact
What I meen is that iss I insert a phone numeber, the icon to activate a call, refers only to skype
I would like to use my CTI or anything else that cloud be refferred by a link like tel://xxxxxxxxxxx
is it possivile?

Our engineering team has confirmed to me that a feature is currently in the works to allow RDM administrators to change the application used when using the Phone option in Contact entries. When this feature is implemented, you will be able to change Skype for tel://xxxxxx
