Click bleeds through RDM to application running behind it

avatar

RDM 2021.1.41.0 64-bit
Lately, a couple of odd times a day, while I am connected to several servers, my mouse click goes through to the desktop as if RDM was not there. It's the weirdest thing. I'll be working away when all of a sudden my mouse click brings up whatever application was directly behind RDM where my mouse clicked.

Any ideas?

Hello,
You are not the first to report this but unfortunately I've never been able to find the root of the problem. To be honest, I'm not able to reproduce it. How many connection to you have opened when this happen? It is mostly RDP connection?

Anywhere between 3 and 6 servers or so. All RDP sessions.

Hi,

I have the same problem. In my case it shows parts of the windows behind. Like from Outlook you see parts of the folder structure.

Best regards

Hello Sebastian,

While we haven't found a way to mitigate this behavior in RDM, it seems to be related to a setting in Citrix. If you are also using RDM in that kind of environment, I would recommend consulting this topic from Citrix and verifying if it works for you: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX140095
