Splashtop Business Session Import

Do you know if Splashtop has a way to export its entries? Like in CSV for example? Otherwise, could you describe what you're looking for?

I'm looking and I don't see any way to export data from the Splashtop service. Putting hands on literally every machine in my Splashtop account to look up the MAC address seems like a lot of work and I've yet to make a successful connection using RDM with Splashtop. I've tried everything support has suggested in this thread and verified the path to the program is correct, but so far I don't even see that the Splashtop process is being launched from RDM.

Unfortunately if Splashtop doesn't provide an API or an export to file, I don't think we'll be able to have an import option for Splashtop in RDM. If you find a way, please let us know and we'll open a feature request ticket.

As for the other thread, our support team is investigating to try and figure out why it doesn't work for you, since from our testing it works in our environment.
