Hello Guenther,
could you run the test again with the Clipboard - Diagnostic feature enabled?
Regards,
Min
hi Min,
same same - only the username is copied.
this is what it looks like:
Just to make sure I understand. When you use "Copy Username & Password" button and you then paste in notepad the first paste pastes the username and then you paste again and nothing is pasted or it is the username again?
Best regards,

hi Stéfane,
just to let you know that I do not have the issue any more with the latest version of RDM (2020.3.14.0).
but the issue was as you described - first paste was always the username - second paste nothing.

We have this issue on version 2021.2.20.0 64-bit. When using copy username and password, only the username is pasted in the first, second, third and so on. Tested on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, with and without Windows Clipboard functionality. Tried with both Clipboard copy method "Paste once (secure)" and "Legacy". Have anyone experienced this and been able to solve it?
Chances are something is playing (without following the rules) with your clipboard. We've seen a few third party clipboard tools or even simple apps that will read everything that and I mean everything that goes into the clipboard. That is even if the "private" flag(s) is/are set.
So how do you diagnose? In RDM start the Clipboard Diagnostic tool (Help > Clipboard Diagnostic). The bottom part of the form will give you all processes/apps that request the content of the clipboard.
If all works here try with the real destination, a login, a web form. Does the behaviour change?
