This bug is happening in version 2020.2.20.0
Hello zmarshall,
That is indeed the intended response to trying to edit the root folder of your Private Vault, unlike the root folder of your "Main Vault" the private vault root folder does not really exist, it is a virtual folder. You can witness this by trying to edit the "Vault Settings" under the "Administration" tab, you will notice that this same option is absent when you are in your private vault.
Let me know if this make sense.
Best regards,

Thanks. How do we ensure that My Private Vault works offline in that case? There is a Vault setting for that in Properties for other Vaults.
As a FYI the root issue I'm having is that My Private Vault shows up as blank when I turn off my Wifi and then start the app, whilst other vaults continue to work.
Thanks!
PS despite what you said, I'm not sure the behaviour that is occurring when editing properties of the root folder of My Private Vault makes sense. I would suggest that perhaps Properties should be grayed out for My Private Vault).
Hello,
When in your private vault, trying to edit the root folder will always select the first entry under that folder. I know it might seem odd, but that is indeed the intended behavior.
For you second issue, I suspect the problem is due to how offline mode is configured could you make sure the following options are indeed enabled.
1- Under Administration -> System Settings -> Applications -> Offline -> Set the offline mode to "Read/write"
2- Under Administration -> Vault Settings -> Security Settings -> Allow Offline set to "True"
3- Under Administration -> Users -> Select your user -> Edit -> Settings -> Set the offline mode to "Read/write"
With these settings enabled, your user will be able to edit entries while being in offline mode. You may also set them to "Read" instead of "Read/write" if you wish for you user to only be able to read.
Let me know if this helps.
