RDM Enterprise Ver 2020.2.20.0.64-bit
if i am not connected to network and then open RDM i don't get my entries in Private Vault.
all the Entries are still available in the shared Vaults.
if i then connect to the network i get all my entries in Private vault
also if I am connected to the Network and click the RDM button to go offline i am still able to see the entries in private vault.

Hi Christine, we have a On Premise Server - 2016 and the DB is SQL-Express

Thank you Ray, I don't believe this is Devolutions Password Server.
That being said, would it be possible to try the Beta version of RDM and see if the issue still persist? Here is the forum link that mention it: https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/34460/remote-desktop-manager-20203-beta. Important note: Make sure to do a backup, since this will require a database upgrade. You will also need to be connected as a user with upgrade permissions.
