I've noticed this with a Linux VM as well as a Windows 10 Home machine.
Whenever I use VNC connections, the entire application will hang. I can't close or force close the window, I have to kill the process in task manager.
It only seems to happen when I have VNC connections open to local network machines. Doesn't seem to have any issues when I use VNC connections over the internet.
I'm not sure if it started with a particular version, as I've only needed the local VNC option within the past couple weeks.

I believe this issue has already been solved, as detailed in the following forum thread :

The fix will be implemented in the next version of RDM. In the meantime, you can solve the issue on your current version of RDM by replacing the files Devolutions.VncCustomControl.dll and Devolutions.ArdCustomControl.dll in your RDM installation folder. (See the attached zip below).
