which results in

but there is no information why the latest version is not listed.
the correct link would be

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on that matter. We are currently working on this link and making the change.
That being said if you are using version 2020.2.19 of RDM we also created a ticket RDMW-5914 for the version is not available for the creation of the custom installer.
