RDM 2020.2.19 x64 disconnects from MacOS frequently

Hi,
RDM 2020.2.19 x64 disconnects from MacOS frequently, MacOS Catalina 10.15.6

I haven't been able to reproduce this 100% of the time, but it seems to happen more often when I select a menu in MacOS.
Even if I have no interaction with MacOS, the connection drops after a minute or two.

Is this a known problem?

Hi,

There is no 2020.2.19 version of RDM for Mac. Are you referring to RDM Windows connecting to a macOS with the ARD session? If not, can you confirm the version of your application in the Remote Desktop Manager -> About... menu item?

Sorry to jump in, that being said, a similar issue has been reported here https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/34221/problems-with-vnc-connections .
In this thread, one of our engineers has provided new DLLs that have solved this issue for another user.

Would it be possible to download and replace the DLLs mentioned in the link below and see if this issue persists?

Yes,it's RDM for Windows.
@James, I'll try the DLLs tonight - thanks for the suggestion!
