RDM is not allowing me to add new entry

Hi everyone!

I'm using RDM Free and I can't add new entry. It's registered and updated, but I can't do anything, all the buttons are disabled.
Can someone please help me?

What kind of datasource do you have? We use a SQL server enhanced datasource, and when it is offline it becomes readonly. So refresh/reconnect to online status, then all works again.

Hello,

Indeed, knowing the type of datasource that you are using will help in the diagnostic of your issue.
If you create a new SQLite or XML datasource via the File -> DataSources menu, are you able to create new entries inside of it?
