When creating a new support entry, I've noticed the 'General' tab appears twice:

And then when I saved the new entry, it appears twice:

Thank you for contacting us on that matter. I have been able to reproduce this issue with the latest beta version of RDM 2020.1.4.0.

We've made the change internally and it will be fixed in RDM 2020.1.7.0.
