Hello,
Lastly we had some false positives concerning openend global RDM sessions (e.g. due to external closing by the user) and checked out sessions (e.g. automatic checkout, user closed RDM without closing the session). I was wondering if there is an option for:
- flag a session as closed x days after it was opened
- check in session x days after it was checked out
If something like that is configureable within RDM that would be great, a scheduled task via PowerShell would also be okay.

Hello,
You ca find such feature in Administration -> System Settings -> General Automatic Check in after x minutes. You can ensure this way that after a certain delay the session will be checked in by the system.
Would that fit your needs?
Thanks for letting us know!

Hello,
thanks, great feature! This seems to completely solve the problem with entries that stayed checked out.
Do you also have any suggestion for entries that stayed flaged as open?

Hello,
I'm not sure if that's going to cut it, but if you access the Opened Sessions from your navigation pane (the "Play" Icon) and you select the scope to "Running Sessions (Global)", you can right click on those sessions and select "Flag as closed".
Does that help?
Best regards,

Hi,
yes that is what we are doing right now.
I was just wondering if there is also a way to automate that, so that I would not have to do is manually all the time.

Hello,
At this moment, there is no such feature.
Maybe you can submit a feature request here : https://forum.devolutions.net/forum17-remote-desktop-manager--feature-request.aspx
Sorry I cannot be of more help.
