SSMS 2018 Not logging in

Using the latest SSMS 2018 (V18.1), RDM will not automatically login. It looks like the ssms.exe is missing the 'P' tack command which is probably why it's not working (see attached screenshot). Any workarounds? SSMS 2017 still works and it's ssms.exe DOES specify the 'P' tack command.
