disable RDM autostart when WIndows opens

For some reason my RDM starts automatically when I log into Windows. I went through all the settings and for the life of me, I cannot find the option to disable auto-start. Where can I find this?

Open the Windows Task Manager.
On the Start-Up tab are all the programs that auto start.

As mentioned @rolflobker , to solve this issue, you will need to remove Remote Desktop Manager from your startup folder.
The startup folder in Windows 10 is located at:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
