Access to Ticket # through Insert Log Comment or Close Comment?

The Ticket # field is useful - but there are times when I'm in a rush and don't have it available when I open a session, but will in the middle of the session or at the end of a session have the information available.
It would be nice to be able to enter the Ticket # in the Insert Log Comment and in the Close Comment dialogs.
