Hello,
i would like to know if the Remote Desktop Manager supports ed25519 SSH private Keys.
I did not find a documentation of the supported SSH Key Formats.
Thanks
Björn
Hello,
SSH key PEM or ed25519 are not yet implemented in Remote Desktop Manager. We have it on our to-do list.
If you want to follow the feature request go to https://forum.devolutions.net/topic30452-ed-unsupported.aspx

Hello,
thanks for your answer. So without support for modern SSH Keys the Remote Desktop Manager is no longer interesting.
I will search for another Product.
Thanks a lot.
Hello,
We are sorry for this inconvenience. However, if I can adjust my explanation. Remote Desktop Manager does not natively support SSH keys ED25519 with SSH Shell entry. We know that many customers need it and this is why we are working on the feature.
However, you can still use our Putty or MobaXterm entries in RDM that support these types of keys. I never test this it but some customers inform us that it worked.

David Grandolfo
EDIT : Forget it didn't see your link in the answer

Hello,
Base on the main feature request https://forum.devolutions.net/topic30452-ed-unsupported.aspx the ED25529 should be available in the current version of RDM.
Ensure that Legacy Terminal is uncheck under File -- Option -- Type-- Terminal
