Selecting different tab often doesn't work when switching back to RDM

After switching from another application back to RDM, trying to click on a background tab fails to activate it.

Most of the time clicking on a different background tab, then the one that failed works.

Issue occurred after updating to 14, still exists in 14.0.3.0
