I'm not even sure how to explain this, but I think it may be related to the latest Windows 10 October update.
After installing the update (OS build is now v1809.17763.1) all of the sessions I have configured to use Chrome will only start then hang. And not just hang the session, it hangs the entire application for anywhere from 2 - 5 or more minutes. I've tried changing the browser used, to Firefox and IE with mixed results but no clear success, IE will occasionally render the target page, Firefox also partially renders the page. All hang and become unusable.
This problem also occurs with the Enterprise version 13.9.8.0 beta
Nothing appears in the logs, although I may be looking/doing something wrong there.
