We added logging options to RoboForm. To enable them you need to select a file path in File>Options>Types>Credentials>RoboForm (I've attached an image showing where the option is). If you could send me a private message with these logs to help us diagnose the issue.

I'm not using the remote desktop manager either.
When installing Roboform on my computer, it is verified with google authenticator.
in the next steps I enter only the master password.
I'm have the same issue. using latest version on both products. using OTP on RoboForm with google authentication method.

Would it be possible for your to go under File -> Options -> Types -> Credentials and use the ellipsis button next to "Debug Log " in the Roboform section to select a path where to store your Roboform Debug log.
Once this is done, please try to establish your connection once more and send us the content of the log which will be created to ticket@devolutions.net
I will then be able to provide this log to our engineering department for investigation.
