Secret Server 10.x not passing through password

Hey Guys,

We are trialing RDM for use in our enterprise environment and have a requirement for Thycotic Secret Server. All appears to connect and work fine apart from the fact that we are prompted by Windows security for our password associated with the selected username from the secret server list.

We have tried tweaking the settings and have contacted the Thycotic support but they are unsure.

Did you have any suggestions.
We have tried disabling the Radius server , but this part works fine and disabling didn't fix the issue.
We have tried turning off and on the setting to do with allowing blank passwords under the RDP settings.

Nothing appears to work. We are using Secret server with the Windows authentication via web services.
