New chrome extension, doesn't work

The Devolutions Web Login extension is newer than RDM thinks is available. Chrome updated the extension to 5.2.10.0 and it is not retrieving credentials. Firefox extension at version 5.2.9.0 is working fine. RDM is 13.0.6.0.

Hello Lenard,

I tested with the same setup as you with Chrome Version 63.0.3239.108 (Official Build) (64-bit) and the web site is filling fine.

Does the web site you try to fill is a public web site that we could try internally?
And what type of entry are you using in RDM a Login (Web) or a Web Browser (http/https)?

Any site, doesn't matter, 5.2.10.0 doesn't connect to RDM from what it seems. We have Web Browser sessions and Login (Account) sessions, but a couple Login (Web). All are the same.

Sorry for the late delay, could you go to your Web Browser entries and verify that the ''Enable web browser extension link'' is checked

Hi James, lost track of this one myself. Olivier's answer at https://forum.devolutions.net/topic28884-prompt-on-connection-prompts-repeatedly.aspx?lastpage=1#post111897 shows that this problem was a specific issue with the versions in use.
