Remote Desktop Manager constantly freezes

Is it when you close a session that this happen?

Not really. It can occur anytime. I mostly notice it when I am working in a session and the entire app freezes. This occurs every day.

Could you verify if you see anything in the application logs (Help ribbon)?

We are not seeing constant freezing but I have had RDM freeze multiple times in the past week. I am running ver. 13.0.5.0

Often I see it logging into a RDS session.

Yes, but not in this case. This happens on both my desktop computers.

Does RDM freeze when you do a specific action?

Do you have something relevant in Help -> View Application Log?

I have the same issue. when try to reconnect or open other server send me unable to reconnect and freeze and do it endtask and open again
