Screen Connect Plugin Issue

Hello,

Having an issue with the RDM and Screen Connect integration extension. This issue is specific to one machine, and is working on other computers.


I share the XML config amongst these machines. On one computer the SC integration works fine.

On the other machine I get the error 'Server connected successfully but unable to retrieve server information'.


- the website works fine and I can open SC from there
- just an issue with the RDM part

Hello,

Are you all sharing the same XML data source?

If you create a new local SQLite data source on that computer and create a ScreenConnect session, is it working as expected?

Does the Screen Connect extension is properly installed on that computer?

Yes - the same XML data source.

I tried again using a fresh data source however am getting the same issue.

As for the plugin; is that the server side install, or on the client side?

My server has it installed and working but none of my clients have this - and they connect fine.

My server had extension 1.8 - I've just upgraded to 1.9 and this has resolved the issue.

I also disabled Windows Defender but unsure which change fixed it.
