Hi,

One of our Remote Desktop manager users could not view his saved Password entries. Password Vault is empty.
We have three separate Remote desktop manger installations in three Terminal servers which talks to the same database. This user can view the password vault on one Two servers and on one server vault entries are missing.

He also gets the following error message.

"Unable to find the credential entry, this setting will be lost!"

Hello,

This is using Devolutions Server, right?

What versions are you running these days? (both RDM and the server)

If this occurs in the public area of the database, could you have the user open File - My data source information from a working server, then another time from the one that doesnt work. Please have him hit the envelope button in that report and we'll look at the info.

Best regards,

Maurice

Hello,

As per the My Data Source Information report that you have posted, you are connected on a SQL Server data source.

In that same report, we see that the database version is 282. This means that one of your user has installed RDM 12 and has upgraded the database to that version. The database version from RDM 12.0.0.0 to RDM 12.0.7.0 is 282. The database version for RDM 12.0.8.0 and higher is 284.

That being said, you would need to upgrade your RDM to version 12 to work properly with the database version that you have.

You can download RDM 12.0.8.0 below. Please note that a database upgrade is required with this version.
