Chrome RDM : Encryption key is not recognized

Hi,

I have one RDM session where I have to spawn an external Chrome window for a Citrix session.

Each time I do it the creds don't follow, and I notice that the Chrome RDM plug-in has a red X on it.
When I check I see this message.

RDMChrome has been disconnected from Remote Desktop Manager.
Encryption key is not recognized.
Press the reconnect button to establish a new connection.

If I press the button I get a new message to redetect the credential entries, and all comes back fine for that Chrome window.
But if I close and do again, same red X.

What's missing or not working here. Only happens on this one connection.

Hi,

Every time you start RDM and when you change your current data source, you need to say to the browser extension that you want to establish a connection between your app and the browser extension.

I notice that you use Remote Desktop Manager for Chrome.

I recommend you to to use Devolutions Web Login. Which is the new browser extension that replaces RDM Chrome.

We have in our todo list to add an option to establish a new connection without asking the user.
