is there any update on this yet? It works fine with the "Tools/Remote Management" setting of a session, maybe that code part can be rather "easily" replicated to "Tools/Home Page"?

P.S. an option to ignore certificate errors would be much welcome :D

Again, the request for a status update on this. Or has this been abandoned?

I'm still interested in having basically the same "Login" tab options which is available for web sessions as I have to make use of the "Custom Controls"
(And would like to be able to ignore certificate errors)

It's not abandoned. I'm just not sure how to do this without having to duplicate all the information all the entries. My workaround for now is to create an web entry and create a template session tool linked to this entry. This will allow you to have the Home as a new button in the dashboard with all the settings.

Hello,

In remote desktop manager you have the possibility to run a session using a template that contains the desired information, in order to do so follow these steps.

1. Create a web entry template under FILE -> Templates -> Templates and create a new one




2.Once you created a template you will just need to launch your session using the previously created template with the "Open with a template" button

thanks for the guidance. It involves some extra clicks and might not be as intuitive as a button in "Remote Tools" but it's sufficient and once I introduce this to my colleagues we should be fine.

One thing though, currently the "Open with a Template" dialog defaults to "Local" templates, can this default to "Shared" templates or at least remember the last chosen Tab? Our locals are empty while all of our templates are shared ones.
The users will also be confronted with loads of Templates used for Sync purposes - I guess there's no way to exclude them from the user's view at templates?

For the Template, you can create a Macro/Script/Tool and select Template. From it, you can select the Template of your choice and you will be able to access it directly in the Dashboard.
