Macro : Open specific sessions

Hi ..

Is there some kind of way I can create a 'Macro' of sorts that will open a list of sessions that have been defined ?

Every morning I have to check on a certain set of applications on different servers, and it would be easy to define which sessions to open.
Then I can go through them all, and be done with it.

Ideally, some way to close them all after I've finished would also be nice.
I can have a ton of open tabs, and it can be a bit of chore going to each and signing out.
