Show status of Microsoft VPN

In RDM I've setup the microsoft VPN, and I can use it. It does not show the status however (connected or not) inside RDM. Am I missing something?

Hello,
You are not missing anything. We haven't found a way of detecting an opened Microsoft VPN. This explains why we are unable to show the status in RDM.

Hi David. Found some references to RASGetConnectStatus. Not sure if this can function as an entry point...

Another one I noticed: the presence of the "insert name vpn here" network adapter seems to indicate connection status as well

in poerwshell: get-vpnconnection also shows a vpn status ...

Hello Hans,

What version of RDM are you using? If you're using the latest stable release (11.6.2.0) this should be implemented. Could you confirm?

I downloaded 11.6.2.0 on my end and it isn't yet available, but it has been done internally. We'll have this for RDM 12 for sure.
