8.0.12 Updating process take long time ~20-50 min

Clean installed Windows 7 sp1 (x64) with all KB-Updates for .Net FrameWorks 3.5sp1 and net. frameworks 4.0
Than install RDM 8.0.11

Updating version from 8.0.11 to 8.0.12. takes very long time.
Thus actively works ngen.exe process
In ngen.log are written warnings:
