Change Forum Password

Hi,
The forum uses the same email/password combo.

You can change it on the Cloud and use it on the forum.

By the way, I've been trying to change my password but always failed.
Now, whenever I try it tells me "Unable to save".

Any idea ?

You are on https://cloud.devolutions.net/Account, change you password and you get the error. Correct?

I think I figured it out.

You are loging into the Forum with your "old" forum username/password but we no longer allow you to change that password.

We've unified cloud.devolutions.net and forum.devolutions.net logins.

I would suggest you reset your Cloud password (https://cloud.devolutions.net/Login/ForgotPassword) and then use your cloud email/password to login.

Honnestly, this was driving me crazy so if you can disable this not working "change password" on the forum, this may avoid mental pain to others ;-)

Thank you for the suggestion. The change password in forum works but only if you've logged on using your cloud username/password. I will see with the web developer what we can do. I agree it isn't the most user friendly way to handle this at the moment.
