Remove Lock button

Hi,
Could you please add an option to remove the Lock button from the title bar?
My colleagues and I occasionally accidentally hit that button once a while and no one knows the password, so they have to kill the .exe.
Very annoying.. ;)

This button should not be visible if you can lock the application. What type of data source do you use?

Just to confirm, I think that the password you are asked is the one for the database. I could add an option to disable the lock button too but I want to be sure that the right dialog
