Setup Gateway for RDP Connection

Hopefully you guys can assist me on an issue that I am encountering.

Is it possible to select which gateway the connection will take when attempting to RDP into a server.

Site 1: 192.168.10.x
Site 2: 192.168.20.x

The VPN is setup to connect on the 192.168.10.x range. However I would also like to connect to servers on the 192.168.20.x range.

How do I go about selecting the gateway for certain RDP connections? If I set it to 192.168.10.254 (the router) then hopefully it will connect fine.

I have had a look at the settings but can't seem to find what I'm after.
