In a beta 7.4.1.0 file with Russian localization is again identical to a file with German localization.

There is error in the packaging. It's now fixed. I'm really sorry for the inconvenient. Could you install this one?

Sorry about that. The resources were compiled in .Net 4.0. I have updated the binaries and it's now fixed
