Hi,
I think ISL Remote Support would be a very useful addition to RDM. Just take a look at www.islonline.com.
ISL Light is TeamViewer similar and perhaps slightly better. Executing the client with parameters should be possible as well.
Thanks for your attention!
Best regards,

Hi,
Do you mean that this application can be called in command line?
David Hervieux
Hi,
Yes, I think so. ISL has got two executables: Desk and Client.
Desk: http://www.islonline.net/start/isllightdesk
Client: http://www.islonline.net/start/isllightclient
As as a Desk user you need to enter your username and password. ISL has also got options to start with parameters. It would be nice if you can start a tabbed session in RDM!

Can this help?

Hi,
The new "ISL Light Desk" Add-on is now available for download.

You can also use the Add-on Manager to install it.

Hi,
Devolutions created a new addon for the new ISL Light4, that enables connecting also to ISL AlwaysOn computers. Unfortunately, the v1 of the addon is troublesome, it requires uid of computers, etc.
Please build an ISL Light4 addon that will enable:
1. Linking ISL AlwaysOn computers using their name,
2. Linking many computers at the same time.
Both can be achieved using https://www.islonline.net/users/main/test_webapi2.html
Thank you,
M
I need this too!
It's on our todo list but I can't give you a timeframe

Hello,
We will be working on this shortly. I'll keep you updated on the subject.
Regards,
Hubert Mireault
We have a few features we'll add to the ISL Light add-on soon.
1. Fetch the list of AlwaysOn computers to more easily fill the ISL Light entry (you won't have to manually find the UID)
2. You will be able to specify the name of an AlwaysOn computer to try and connect to it.
3. There will be an import (right click in the entry tree > Import > Import sessions from > ISL Light) that will import any AlwaysOn computer an account has access to as an ISL Light entry.
We're working with ISL to make sure the add-on is better to use for our mutual customers.

Hubert Mireault
