Hi,
I´m testing a multiuser MariaDB environment.
Data source is configured without user/password to ask when you connect it.
But when it starts offline, first of all asks for user/password.
Then asks to go offline and again for user/password and again to go offline and....
What is wrong?
Hi,
It sounds like a bug. Just to be sure, are you using the beta version or the version 9.2?
David Hervieux
I´m using 9.2.10.0 version.
Hi,
What are your settings for offline mode, caching mode, auto refresh, connection timeout and command timeout ?
Regards,
André Sanscartier
The settings for this data source are:
Offline Mode: Read-only
Prompt for oflline mode: disabled
Caching Mode: Intelligent
Auto refresh: 0
Connection timeout: 30
Command timeout: 60
Advancede settings: none
Hi,
It's possible that something went wrong with the offline database that now could be damaged or empty. The easiest way to check it is to delete it while RDM is stopped.
The path to an offline database is with the unique ID of the data source:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager\<Unique ID>\offline.db
The unique ID is in the data source setting form.
I hope that will fix your issue.
Regards,

Hi André,
I just deleted the offline.db file corresponding to MariaDB data source.
I run again the program, and the file was regenerated again.
After this if i run the program without network, keeps asking for user/password and then asks to go offline and again for user/password and again to go offline and.... :-(
This is the error:

Hi,
I found and fixed the issue and it will be in the next release of RDM.
Best regards,
André Sanscartier
In fact, it will be in RDM 9.4.9.0

Lot of thanks for your effort!
