Could you try to disconnect it in command line?

ipsec.exe /disconnect

or

FortiSSLVPNclient.exe /quit

When i runed ipsec.exe /disconnect manually form cmd connection was closed properly. How can i configure Remote Desktop Manager to do it automaticlly?

It's exactly what RDM call. What add-on version do you use?

Could you run RDM with the Run As Administrator and see if it make a difference?

I'm using ipsec. It's not a big problem but it's rather little annoying to disconnect manually.

I will ask André to create a special build with some debug information. We will see if RDM invoke the application correctly.

Greta news. I'm waiting for it:)

avatar

Hi,
Could you try this special build of the add-on ?
You just have to replace the VPNAddon.dll with the new one.
%LocalAppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager

I change the way the disconnect is called and I added a message that shows the command line.

Andre, thank you for fast answer and new build. It seems that problem is coomand which is sent to ipsec.
New addon showns "ipsec.exe /quit" when proper command should be "ipsec.exe /disconnect".

Hi,

I think that this one could change everything ;)

I'm waiting your feedback.

André thank you a lot. All is working now but you have to lunch RDM with admin rights.

avatar

Hi,
I think it's a limitation of the VPN, isn't? Could you stop it in command line when you're not using it with the admin rights?

David, you're right. It's limitation of VPN. Thank you for very fast support :)
