in the same Idee, is it possible to have a programmed shorcut ( has we want ) in the menu toolbar. RDM is my Working Tool and and i would like open other program directly into the interface of RDM.

Excellent, I was not sure of the exact location.

L'idée est d'ajouter des programmes ( winword.exe , etc )
Ce que je souhaite faire c'est liéer mes connexions à une application de gestion client en utilisant les variables contenues dans RDM ( $CUSTOM_FIELD1$ etc ..)
J'ai d'ailleurs une autre question comment lier ce meme identifiant unique sur un dossier ( GROUP/Folder ) et sur l'ensemble des dossiers enfants et sessions enfants qui y sont liés ?

You can link them by using a session script tool and use a command line. The new entry will appear in the dashboard.
