Login promt on tab view

Hello,

If I start a RDP session with External Mode all work prperly and I'll log in automatically.
If I use Tabbed Mode, for same session, I have to selct a User and then also enter my password everytime?

How the password are saved ? Local, shared or the repository ?

Hi,

The password is saved "Local" (Session specific credentials > Store password on the local computer).

Now I tried with "Respository" (Credential respository) an it works. But still not with local.

If it does not work local, this must be a configuration or a policy on the machine. To be sure, try to use mstsc.exe and see if you can do the auto login.

It works with mstsc.exe.
It also works with RDM (Display > External).
Just not in Tab mode (Display > Embedded tabbed)

Maybe I have a interim "solution".
If I enter my "username" and "domain" (in Tab General > Logon settings) it works for tabbed view also.

For External view these information were not neccacary?

May it use the data from "Store password on the local computer". Ther also the Username and domain ist entered.
