Hi,
when I try to login to a Terminal Server using the credentials stored in DB, the RDP autologin feature seems don't work, I have to insert nusername and password manually in the Windows login form. If I use the credentials stored locally on the client, everything works correctly and I'm able to login automatically on the Terminal Server. After a successful autologin using locally stored credential, autologin still works even if I switch back to DB stored credentials. Is this a normal behaviour or I miss something during the first configuration? Obviously other clients had to do the same, so it's impossible to share the passwords with others.
Hi,
Do you use the latest version (5.5.0.1)? Do you connect embedded or external ? Can you try both please and let me know... By the way, it's not a normal behavior, you should share the password with others.
Thank you

Hi,
I tried connection external and does not work, with the embedded connection still works. It's normal?? i don't like "embedded" :(
Hello,
I'm having the same issue here. I use RDM 5.5.0.1 and MSTC 6.1. Embedded is working and using the correct pass but using external connection asks always for password.
Thank you

Hi,
It's works in my lab, but I will prepare a special version with debug information. With that, we will find where the credentials are lost. I will notify you when it's ready. Can you tell me your OS, host and client please ?
Sorry about that.
