Hi,
I've been experiencing really annoying issue with RDM for quite few months now. When logged in to server via RDP (embedded session) RDM drops itself to background when trying to do left or right click in RDP session and instead making action on remote server, I'm trying to do this on process/window which was under RDM window (ie. clicking on window with opened browser which was right under RDM).
It looks to me that sometimes RDM becomes "invisible" when trying to do click in RDP session. It is reproducible on any 9.0.x.0 versions that I used.
Could you try to use the Classic UI in File->Options | User Interface?

I've changed that and will keep an eye if it happens again. If it doesn't...is it known issue?
I've never seen anything like that but it could be related to the UI framework we use.

Hi,
It looks like that did the trick! Any thoughts on how to get new UI working without that bug?
Hi,
We plan to upgrade the third party we use in the next few weeks. It's a major upgrade and we hope they have resolved this issue.

HI support,
It's been few months since I raised this issue with you and I'm aware of workaround in UI, but I don't really like using old style feel and look, so I wonder if you had a chance to fix this problem? I've tested it on latest available version and it is still there. Any idea?
Have you tried the latest beta 9.4?
David Hervieux
How do I get beta 9.4?
Hi,
You can download it here : http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download#beta
