Error when opening Remote Desktop Manager

Hi, this morning when i open my Remote Desktop Manager i receive a strange message:

I attached a screenshot error.

My setup is: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64 bits

I try to uninstalled and reinstalled the last version but same error.
